If you were to say “the cuisine is the best part of Peru,” you wouldn’t be lying. Now there is a lot to love about this country, the diversity of culture, the people, the savage jungle to the pristine ruins. But the food, oh my crackers, the food!
If you are a true foodie, you know that Lima has two of the top ten restaurants in the world. No other city has two, not Paris, not NYC, not San Fran, just Lima. We were able to finagle the full 16 course meal and it was to die for.
